Blocked Together, Noah Boyce

Blocked Together (2024)

A young boy is alone in his grief, forced to come face to face with a recent and tragic loss. Will he ever be able to find connection again in his now fractured and isolated world?

Blocked Together was a micro-short film shot in Noah’s home village on a zero-budget, the film uses a highly experimental editing technique involving an array of smaller shots to create colourful mosaics across the screen. The film had it’s world premiere as part of the New Voices category of Cinecity Film Festival in Brighton, in 2025 it was then selected for Slamdance International Film Festival and had it’s official US premiere in Los Angeles, making Noah one of the youngest filmmakers to ever be selected for the festival.
